"Although Regal Tent Production has been a supplier at York University for a number of years, in 2004, we found it necessary to relocate Convocation ceremonies elsewhere on campus. We took this opportunity completely re-invent the format of our ceremonies in order to execute fewer but considerably larger events. We were challenged to design a venue that would reflect the significance of the very special occasion that is convocation, and would accommodate slightly more than 5,000 people.
We began meeting with the team from Regal Tent Productions early in 2004 and very quickly found that the Regal team and our team became one seamless organization. I cannot overstate the scale of this series of events, the amount of logistical details, and the board range of requirements we had. We named Regal Tent Productions our single source supplier for all aspects of our convocation venue as well as related areas of operation such as robing for faculty and students, marshalling and receptions. While the Regal staff are often referred to as the "Convocation tent people", we all recognize that this doesn't begin to describe the breadth of services and support Regal provides.
There are many factors that make Convocation a success but the only real measure of that success is the memories our students take with them of a day that celebrates their achievements. The team from Regal understood this from the very beginning and we are very grateful to work with them."

"We would like to recognize Regal Tent Productions Ltd. for their work on the University of Pennsylvania’s Campaign Kickoff Gala Celebration.
The event, which took place on October 20, 2007, marked the official announcement of the most ambitious fundraising campaign in University history, and as such, needed to be preformed flawlessly. In just three short weeks, Regal transformed a barren lot in to an elegant setting for 1,800 of our University’s most important constituents. Their structure spanned over 100,000 square feet and included a dramatic, three-tiered saddlespan tent at its entrance. Also, transparent ceilings and glass walls provided views of the Philadelphia skyline and the evening’s finale – a low-level fireworks display. Our guests were audibly impressed with the size, scope and overall execution of their structure.

"It has been a whirlwind two years but we did it! The WorldSkills Calgary 2009 Competition was a huge success for Calgary, Albert and Canada. We are very proud of everyone who was involved in this event. Without our partners we could not have been successful.
Regal Tents was a huge part of our success. As you know we took over Stampede Park but with all the buildings on the Park we still only had about 50% of the space we needed in order to host this event. That is where you and your team came in. I think the final tally for our tents came in at approximately 285,000 sq/ft.
The partnership we had was fantastic. Communication on an event this size is critical to the success of the event and you were wonderful to work with. Your response time was always great. I never had to chase you for information or details. What you promised you delivered. I have never worked with a large tent company before but I think most others would have a hard time keeping up with your level of service. I always felt like I was your priority.
Prior to moving onto the park we were in almost daily contact if not several times a day. I knew I could always get a hold of you or your team day or night. Then the move in began!! I think August 12, 2009 is a day that I will never forget. It took you (and your team of many) almost two full weeks to put up all the tents that we ordered. It was a massive job and your guys did it with a smile on their face.
I know this is a long letter but I wanted to be very clear about the kind of company you are and what an amazing team you have. I would work with you again in a heartbeat and I would recommend you to anyone and everyone that would require your services.
